Shamanic Sound Healing Session

I specialize in helping you identify, integrate, and anchor powerful new vibrational healing practices that are precisely attuned to your personal challenges and deeply aligned with your soul’s intentions. Through shamanic journeying and collaboration with my spirit guides, I infuse each session with multidimensional energy and intuitive insight. My sessions draw upon a rich tapestry of healing modalities, including: The transformative power of sound healing, where I intuitively weave an immersive vibrational experience using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, Native American flutes, ocarinas, uplifting Zaphir chimes, the majestic gong (often called the most healing of all instruments), along with tuning forks, frame drums, Chakapa, rattles, Kalimbas, and Shruti box, depending on what your energy calls for. Reiki energy healing, chakra balancing, crystal resonance, conscious breathwork, and other vibrational therapies to clear stagnation, restore flow, and support deep emotional and energetic release. Intuitive vocal healing through embodied sound meditation and channeled etheric medicine melodies that speak directly to your energetic and cellular field. Guided meditation and visualization journeys that promote energetic realignment, emotional integration, and the alchemical transformation of limiting patterns into empowered states of being. Each session is a sacred space designed to help you not only experience transformation but to embody it, anchor it, and carry it forward into your everyday life.

Preparation for Your Session

Some helpful tips for getting the most from your session... Find a comfortable, safe, quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. It’s fine to lie down in bed, on a yoga mat, or in a reclining chair. The most important thing is that you are comfortable and can fully relax. Be sure to have a blanket nearby, as the body tends to cool while we’re reclining. Before the session begins, write your intention in your journal. And keep your journal & pen handy for after the session, to jot down any insights that come to you. Unplug your devices except what you’ll be using for our session (but silence other notifications). Use headphones for the maximum benefit. Earbuds are ok, but if you have good headphones, you’ll experience the full range of frequencies. Dim the lights. Feel free to light a candle, incense or palo santo to create a sacred space for healing. State your intention, say a prayer, chant a mantra, or meditate, if you like. Relax for 5-10 minutes or more before our session begins. When it’s time, join the session, and after we say hello, it’s fine to turn off your camera, if you like. If you fall asleep during the session, don’t worry. You’re still receptive to the energy ~ and sound resonates with the cells of your body, so the healing frequencies are just as effective as when you’re awake.
