You can manage your availability from your dashboard. Set your working hours,
preferred time slots, and blackout dates to ensure clients can only book sessions
when you’re available. In addition to availability, you can set time frames for
specific listings, allowing you to offer certain services only during designated
periods.
Clients can book a session up to 2 hours before the appointment time. For example,
if your availability for a service is 2 PM – 6 PM, and a client checks at 3 PM, they
will only see available slots from 5 PM – 6 PM.
It’s free to create a profile, upload your services, and use the calendaring and
video conferencing tools. Munay typically collects a service fee of 11% of the
reservation subtotal once you get paid.
Yes, you have full control over your pricing. You can update the prices of your
services at any time from your profile settings. Changes will apply to future
bookings but will not affect existing appointments.
You can log into your Stripe dashboard, where the Overview tab will display recent
payouts and transactions. Your bank account is connected when you create your
profile through Stripe, ensuring seamless deposits of your earnings.
As a practitioner on Munay, you are considered self-employed and are responsible for
managing your own tax obligations. Munay does not withhold taxes from your earnings
or provide tax documents such as Form 1099 for U.S. residents. Therefore, it's
essential to keep accurate records of your income and report it according to your
country's tax regulations.

You can find a practitioner by searching for them on your private practitioner page.
If the practitioner is not yet on Munay, you can invite them by email. Once they
join, you can endorse them. To endorse, select their profile and write a short
endorsement. If the other practitioner also endorses you, the connection becomes
mutual, and both of you will appear in each other's Tribe.
Video and conference calls take place within Munay's internal system. Once a client
books a session, you will receive a link to join the call at the scheduled time.
Both you and the client can easily connect through the link provided.

Our platform offers real-time speech-to-speech translation for clients and
practitioners speaking different languages. Two individuals can speak in their
native languages, and the AI will translate their speech into the other person's
language, both in voice and text. This ensures seamless communication during
sessions, regardless of language barriers.
