Your growth isn't a linear ascent. It moves in circles.

What feels like returning is actually descent into a deeper layer of truth. You might enter Release today, Remember next year, and Release again the year after, each time going deeper.

This is the spiral. The Five Doorways Method™ honors it.

Not Munay-Ki: The Five Doorways Method™ is Munay Live's own framework, inspired by Quechua concepts. It is not related to Munay-Ki, a separate system of nine initiations created by Alberto Villoldo. Learn the difference →

How the Doorways Work

The Five Doorways are not separate. They breathe together.

Sometimes you need to Remember before you can Release. You cannot let go of what you cannot see.

Sometimes you need to Release before you can Reclaim. The heavy energy must clear before life force returns.

Sometimes you need to Integrate before you can Awaken. The light cannot emerge until it has somewhere to live in your body.

And sometimes, Awakening sends you back to Remember. The new light illuminates something you could not see before. The spiral continues.

No single practitioner holds every doorway. Our collective exists because transformation has many thresholds, and no single guide can hold all of them.

Cultural Context

The Five Doorways Method™ is inspired by Quechua concepts from Andean wisdom traditions. This framework is Munay Live's contemporary interpretation and is not presented as traditional Andean teaching.

The Quechua language and these concepts belong to the Andean peoples. We use them with respect and encourage those drawn to these traditions to learn from lineage-holding practitioners.

Munay Live honors the Quechua peoples of the Andes, whose language and cosmology inspire this framework.
